If you issue tokens in Andorra, the law requires a “veedor digital”, an independent digital overseer. We are the ones who answer to the AFA, with a licence, a public registration and the same rigour as an auditor.
We are the permanent contact with the AFA on behalf of the issuer throughout the life of the issuance, with the independence and conflict-segregation procedures required by Law 24/2022.
A pre-issuance report accrediting the requirements, followed by periodic reports. We alert the AFA whenever we detect significant deviations from the issuance forecasts.
Ongoing monitoring of the issuer’s compliance with its legal obligations. As an obliged entity, we also take on the AML duties the law assigns to the role, with the same rigour as an auditor.
